Orders that you submit online are processed within 24 hours and in some cases may be processed immediately. If an order has already been processed we may not be able to cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order please call our sales desk at 1-800-346-6856 and request cancellation. If we haven’t yet shipped we will cancel the order. If the product has already been shipped cancellation is not possible.
Returns are not accepted on foam tape or other merchandise purchased online unless you have an existing commercial account with Colorado Steel Sash Co, Inc., and only if the material is of a standard stock size. Many of our tapes are custom cut to order and are not eligible for refunds. If you mistakenly purchased the wrong type or size of material please contact our sales desk at 1-800-346-6856. We may be able to offer you a discount on the purchased product, or on your next purchase. Whether compensation is offered is at the sole discretion of Colorado Steel Sash, Inc., or its sales agents.
All online sales are final. We cannot offer refunds for products that were lost in mail or have succumb to mail theft. Refunds may only be processed in the case of fulfillment error (i.e. product received does not match order). In this case we may decide to correct the order and reship rather than issuing a refund. We may or may not request that you return the merchandise before making any refunds or before reshipping. Any refunds granted will be in the form of a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. Exchanges of product will only be accepted on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Colorado Steel Sash Co, Inc., or its sales agents. If we accept an exchange your product must be returned to us in good, resalable condition. Return shipping on items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
